I am a Graphic Designer with strengths in vector-based graphics, design for print, and identity design.
I enjoy the process of simplifying information and graphics so they are easy to understand. I am fascinated by new techniques and solving problems through design in ways that benefit others.

I grew up with a passion for art, but with few resources or creative outlets. When I received my first laptop shortly after high school, I downloaded a free photo manipulation program and I was amazed at the possibilities of using type, shapes, colors and images to create interesting digital compositions. Until college, I never had help or instruction with my personal art projects which motivated me to discover solutions for solving artistic problems. I enjoy the process of simplifying and working with people to try help them solve problems visually.

I am passionate about embracing good design, finding ways to positively impact the community through design, and creating visual identities for clients and businesses that people will associate with trust and steadfastness. I want my audience to see my work and think for themselves, find and create their own meaning in my designs and respond to them. Design has a huge impact in our community, and I think that I can be an asset to companies and individuals by utilizing design’s impact to promote services, products, ideas and processes that benefit individuals, businesses and the environment.
