I have a BA Honors degree in product design from Central Saint Martins with a 2:1 grade. While studying I undertook numerous projects that were both difficult and on a short time scale, meaning that quick and effective working strategies were a must have skill. In addition to this, part of my professional training included learning the relevant computer packages to a high standard and being able to use the programs together in order to create the best outcome.

Since graduating in July of 2010, I have done several freelance jobs and have also worked closely with furniture designers Hendzel and Hunt. The most recent task I was set was to design and illustrate a booklet for a cabinet that is currently on view at Selfridges store, London. For this task I was responsible for the complete branding and styling of the booklet and had to liaise with manufacturers in order to complete the product to a high standard. Read Less
Earlier this year I also branded an ice parlor, La Gelatiera, that opened in Covent Garden. I had to work with the clients in order to create a logo that was unique and bold but that also conveyed the companies identity.

Earlier this year I also branded an ice parlor, La Gelatiera, that opened in Covent Garden. I had to work with the clients in order to create a logo that was unique and bold but that also conveyed the companies identity.

During the summer of 2011, I designed a lino print for the V&A’s Friday Late Summer Camp. The idea being that over three nights guests can come to the V&A and learn about the design process from start to finnish. The A3 print was folded in half and used as a cover sleeve for all the information about the night.

In August of 2011, I designed the complete branding package for a bar that opened in the popular ski resort of Tignes, France. For this I created a strong brand personality and applied that design language to all the merchandise that the bar produced in order to create a persona that users can relate to. In addition I created original art works to be placed around the venue. These consisted of old skiing photographs that I applied my signature characters to. Read Less
Carl, a South African artist, has been focusing on painting for the past couple of years. His work is based on his own opinions of stereotypical personas in society.

He observes these people and analyses how they want to be perceived in order to create visual descriptions that enlarge their characteristics.
