My work consists of drawings, paintings and illustrations focusing in the creation of characters that suggest a story to be told. My styles range form simple lines that create an even childish drawing, to intricate complex lines or fluent swirly strokes that compose an intriguing image.
This year my work has been nurtured by my new-year's resolution to make a daily drawing. Everyday a create a quick drawing of anything can think of This fast drawings have become sketches for creation of more elaborate images, and they have allowed me to expand in the content and technique of my work.
I get inspired by the people I see walking next to me, living in a city of 8 million people. I observe people's shapes, their clothes, their gestures, their colors and enjoy trying to memorize these images so I can work with them later.
I am a 25 years old, Colombian, and I studied Fine Arts (BA) at Los Andes University in Bogotá. Read Less
