About Calvin Innes
Hi, I'm Calvin.
I'm a freelance illustrator, cartoonist, animator and author from the UK. I split my time between writing and illustrating children's books and comic books, and creating illustration & animation work for clients. I'm primarily a comic book/children's book illustrator, and character designer but I can adapt my style to suit most projects.
I've created illustrations and animations for clients across the world, including:
The Brownies, The Sea Life Center, Cadbury's (Creame-Eggs), Girl Guides, Rainbow Guides, Monkey Kingdom, Grain Magazine, National Trust For Scotland, Homebase, Endsleigh Insurance, Nestle, Rowntrees, AMV BBDO, Howell-Penny, Pinestein Press... to name just a few.
Shortly after 'going freelance' I set up a small animation studio (My Little Big Town) and a graphic/web design studio (GizMedia).
I now live and work in Yorkshire in the UK, with my fiance and two cats (Hendrix & Koko).
