As a letter brush artist at SeaWorld-San Diego, responsible for creating quality paintings on time for customers, keeping in mind their preferences and goals for each piece. Responsible for maintaining a clean and functioning workspace, as well as handling cash registers and sales records. Worked very closely in a team with other letter brush artists to optimize speed and effectiveness, as well as to create a positive team oriented environment. While selling and painting, required to stay engaged with park guests, give accurate and precise information in a friendly manner, and create a fun and family friendly atmosphere. Working with park guests to ensure their satisfaction while also creating a quality piece of art was a primary goal.
