HiFi Couture website

These are purses I've started making out of record albums. While this isn't a new idea, I feel I'm approaching it from a different point of view. I'm trying to make them practical and actually usable. They are all one of a kind art pieces. I am in the process of working on a website to sell these purses. I will have other styles on the way as well as wallets and possibly jewelry. The site will be

Bug

I had just gotten out of my car and I saw this guy on the window. He was beautiful and he crawled right on my hand. I had a jar ready for a photo I've been trying to take of lightening bugs, so I put him in that and quickly put away my groceries. I remembered I just found these cool old typewriter keys and I thought I should spell out "Bug." Well, the bug was very patient and moved when I wanted him to and didn't fly away when I re-arranged the letters.

Flowers

These are personal explorations into ideas I have. I have printed sold "Peony Sunday, Refreshing!" on a metal sign for an alumini exhibition. Seascape was a good idea that turned out to be a bad still life set up so I manipulated it in photoshop. I think it's still missing something. I need more time to goof off and try new ideas.
