My personal experience with photography came before my professional history. I was given my first camera at 6 which was upgraded to a professional one by the time I turned 15. I was then traditionally trained as photographer and erned a BFA from Maryland Institute College of Art. I have since been working with digital cameras for over 12 years. I have also acquired graphic and web design skills over the past 15 years, which I like to blend with my photography.
My most recent painful accomplishment...
I wrote and self published a book! That was the easy part. Getting it out there is another challenge. The book is called "Paws In the Kitchen." It is a cook and craft book that gives you great therapeutic herbal recipes for making dog biscuits and chew toys. Make your own biscuits with all natural herbs to treat your dog's bad breath, car sickness, teething, fleas, lack of energy, and arthritis. Our herbal chew toy craft ideas are great for relaxing your dog, easing an upset stomach, keeping a teething puppy busy, helping bad breath, and aiding in stressed or ill dogs. We also sell licorice root sticks and hemp rope chew toys. We also sell most of the supplies needed, (hemp fabric, fresh herbs, and hemp oil) to get your biscuit and bone making off to a good start. Go to www.bonearoma.com for more information.
How I make a living...
I am a commercial and creative photographer. Most of my work has been in the areas of photographing food, interiors, furniture, jewelry, glass beads, artist's works, product, and environmental portraiture. I put together websites, maintain them, and sometimes design them from scratch. My latest work is mostly in stock photography. I have a completely digital studio with 15 years of digital photography experience. I work regularly with Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, and InDesign.
