Executed all major Photoshop design work and managed all color critical jobs including color matching of merchandise. Established and maintained consistent color workflow with photographers in studio. Provided estimates and managed freelance retouching teams for large scale catalog projects. Worked directly with separators releasing multiple rounds of proofs to insure color accuracy and worked directly with clients on markups and changes.

Flight checked, corrected and provided quality control for all incoming design work from outside designers. Created an efficient production work flow for company’sfirst ever in house design department and established relationships with several manufacturers and printers.
