Stemming from a fine arts background, Lara has been able to use the principles of traditional art and apply them to contemporary design. Her hands on skills include woodworking, steel fabrication, painting and photography. However, she does not fit the typical artist mold when it comes to running a business. Lara delivers practical business knowledge grounded in a realistic approach on how to connect to customers. Design never comes without a clear strategy. With experience in both public relations and marketing, Lara has established the ability to creatively solve business issues. Although she has received many art awards and recognition for leadership initiatives, she takes the most pride in her resilience and persistence to provide the best possible outcome. Lara is not afraid to take risks and think critically to design the right solution. She is currently completing her Masters in Business Administration at Kelley School of Business in Entrepreneurship and actively participates as a board member for Herron-Morton Place Foundation.
