The Director of Innovation and I created and discovered features that will win our ultra-competitive and fast-paced marketplace. As the only designer in this small startup I am also responsible for honing the brand position, designing sales presentations & marketing materials, and re-designing our identity and public website.

Working with the product owner and two in-house developers, I redesigned Cengage’s internal sales force software. Through user interviews and research, I created ideal interfaces and user flows to maximize efficiency and user delight while achieving stakeholder interests.

In the Fine Arts program, my focus was two-dimensional art: drawing, oil painting, mixed media, and photography. I was a Junior at the time of my departure.
