Susie Ghahremani is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design. Her artwork, which combines her love of nature, animals, music and patterns, has appeared in the New York Times, Nickelodeon Magazine and Martha Stewart Kids and has received illustration awards from American Illustration, the Alternative Pick and Giant Robot.

Born and raised in Chicago, Susie now happily spends her time painting, drawing, crafting and tending to her pet finches and cat in San Diego, California. Read Less

Over the last 10 or so years, I've been lucky enough to be hired as an illustrator for some of the best companies in the world, including but not limited to: The New York Times, Time Out, Chronicle Books, Target, Bank of America, T-Mobile, Boston Globe, Martha Stewart, Andrews McMeel, Nickelodeon and many more.

I've also been lucky enough to develop my artwork on retail products that I make myself, as well as those made in collaboration with Chronicle Books, Madison Park Greetings, iPop, Bungalow360, Poketo, Badge Bomb, and many others. Read Less

I'm a painter with a microscopic attention to detail.
I love deadlines and strictly adhere to them.
I love when an art director gets my work but also knows how to gently steer it to be stronger yet.
I strive to make every painting or illustration my best one yet.
I believe a sense of color is my forte.
I am most driven by projects that align with my style but present a creative challenge at the same time.
