"New York Writes Itself”, a production by Leo Burnett advertising agency and The Village Voice won one Gold and two Bronze Lions at Cannes in 2012. A part of the production was “New York Types”, a letterpress documentary and art exhibition, in which the city’s leading letterpress artists brought real words heard on the streets of New York to life letter by letter.
