Brooke Hine Biography
Brooke Hine, originally from Michigan, is a ceramic sculptor and installation artist living and working in Philadelphia. Hine has a B.F.A. from Siena Heights University and an M.F.A from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is curating two exhibitions during NCECA 2010(National Council of Education on Ceramic Arts) in Philadelphia. "Emergence" will be shown at Bahdeebahdu and "Merging Paths in Clay: Associate Artists at the Clay Studio will be at The Center for Emerging Visual Artists. Brooke Hine was recently published in Philadelphia Home Magazine, Philadelphia Magazine, Philadelphia’s Inquirer, Philadelphia Weekly, and American Style Magazine. She was also named as one of the five artists to watch in Philly in Philadelphia Magazine.
Her next project is to curate an exhibition for NCECA 2010 in Philadelphia, PA. Please keep posted for this exciting show!
