Government Agency Redesign Case Study

As part of a Government Agency analysis, I conducted heuristic evaluations of the Federal Communications Commission website and conducted user tests to gain a better idea of how to enhance the user interface and experience of the FCC website. In this case study, I present my redesigned prototype of the FCC website on desktop.
