Unique.
I am not your average girl. I love being the only Ashley Ganahl in the entire world. I love being the only one with my particular birthmark. I love being the only one of me. This gives me confidence.

Optimistic.
Optimism is my specialty. Not a naive optimism, but the kind that sees the positives in even the most dreary of circumstances. I am a glass-half-full kind of gal. I have learned that life is not about what is thrown our way, but how we choose to react. Optimism does not cure illness, pain, or suffering. But it does bring joy, inspiration, and hope. It fuels endurance.

Precise.
I often jokingly claim to have a not-so-mild form of OCD. I have an obsession with precision. Not because things have to be in a perfectly organized fashion, but because I believe everything has its place. Precision is beautiful. You acheive precision by exhausting every possible solution, and then working even farther. Precision is not perfection; it is a combination of hard-work and intuition. Precision happens when everything fits just right.

Innovative.
I want to be known as the woman that pushed the boundaries, questioned proven facts, and forged new paths. I strive to think ideas that have never been thought before. I want to write words that have never been paired together before. I labor to create images that have never been seen before.

Passionate.
Above all else, I am passionate. I am passionate about design. I am passionate about making an impact. I am passionate about the big things: family, friends, and love. And I am passionate about the small things: coffee, sketches, and tiny animals. I believe that when you are a passionate person, it does not only apply to the monumental aspects of life, but the mundane quotidian things, too. When you are passionate, you cannot help but to be passionate about everything.

Because of this passion, I am hard-working, driven, and determined. I am thorough when it comes to making decisions. So, once I set my mind to something, that is it.
