Arthur Kenzo

Industrial Designer

San Francisco, CA, USA
Arthur is a French industrial designer based in San Francisco Bay Area, California. His creative story began at an early age constructing airplane models in his father’s garage. At the same time, his mother’s Asian heritage lead his curiosity for Asian culture to China later on, where he spent 2 years before he moved to US. While he immerses himself in the local cultures wherever he lives, Arthur’s sensibility for the subtle nuances of shapes and sounds inspire his design. His interests in textures is often reflected in his work. While his work focuses on creating meaningful product experiences that connect brands to the physical world, from consumer electronics to home goods, his design always keeps the balance between creativity and functionality, elegance and efficiency.

« I fully recommend Arthur as an extremely talented all-around industrial designer. Arthur made a highly positive impact on the three medical programs we worked on together. Not only is he a master sketcher and proficient CAD operator, he understands exactly what is needed, the technical constraints and what he doesn’t need to know. On each occasion he attacked the work with enthusiasm and hit deadlines. Super reliable and I’d have him on my team any time » Adam Reed-Erickson / Program Lead at LUNAR Design
" Arthur was a great asset to our creative teams. Eager to jump in to help sketch concepts, great at translating engineering chicken-scratchings into presentable sketches. Arthur has a good grasp of the technical side of design, which is a big help. He was also willing to teach us a thing or two about how to quickly improve hand-sketches. Great enthusiasm! " • Olivier Pigasse, Designer, Design manager, LM design - LM Y&R :
“First of all, Arthur is a designer with whom it is very pleasant to work.
During a few months (of internship) at the agency, he knew very quickly integrate with our specific organisation (strategie / design / communication).
Autonomous and creative, Arthur also incorporates well the constraints of the market (marketing), the production (technical) and the client (uses).
A designer that I really recommend.”
