• Preparing BIM/Revit Models, detailed drawings, tender documents; as well providing technical support and/or advice to the project's team as well as conducting coordination workshops between various engineering Disciplines.
• Preparing tender applications and presentations.
• Coordinating architectural design efforts with civil and MEP design and systems.
• Assessing the impact a building will have on the local environment.
• Deep knowledge of Implementing Dubai municipality and Civil Defense regulations in worked projects.
• Meeting and coordinating with different materials suppliers in accordance with Project scope of work
• Meeting and coordinating with the client and his representatives.
• Direct involvement and coordination with external parties/Sub-consultants with the ability to resolve all challenges facing the teams.
• Expertise in the selection and specification of finishing/construction materials and using the up to date materials suitable for project needs.
• Attending to RFP’s, preparing and reviewing scope of work and design deliverables lists.
• Follow up projects during construction stage & attending site meetings as required.
