Anik Polo is a Swiss photographer.

After graduating, she moved to California to work in media and video with filmmaker/photographer Jamie Mosberg. Documenting the world of the action sports industry, she shot advertising campaigns for brands such as Converse and Dolomite and wrote various editorials for sport publications.

Anik’s work has been featured in news, fashion and sports publications such as XXL, The Source, Warp, Sugar, SeventhSky, 24h, Tribune de Genève and the New York Daily News.

Her images were selected for exhibition at the Alma Surf Festival in São Paulo, Brazil. She has been represented in both solo and group shows and has self-published two books: “Visual Diary of Contemporary Travelers”
and “In-quietudes”.

In 2012, Anik worked and studied at the ICP, the International Center of Photography in New York City. She witnessed the destructions of the hurricane Sandy, working closely with local photojournalists. This experience gave birth to the new serie “Between Here and There. Theses images were presented at the Musée de L’Elysée in Lausanne in June 2013.

She is currently living in Rio de Janeiro, focusing on architecture/interior design photography and loving it. Read Less
