Megaphone Magazine

Art Director

Megaphone is a non-profit street-newspaper who‘s goal is to provide opportunities and a voice for socially excluded people while helping inform people in Vancouver about issues that affect their communities.

Creating a street paper for Vancouver was part of my graduating thesis project at Emily Carr University and I was lucky to become part of Vancouver‘s street paper, Street Corner, directly out of school and and make all of my studies and research a reality. During my time with Megaphone (previously Street Corner) I took the paper through a major re-design process and created a new identity which included everything from a new name, the logo, business cards, vendor id cards, information brochures and of course a complete overhaul of the newspaper.
