Andrea Cochran, FASLA, has been practicing landscape architecture in the San Francisco Bay Area for thirty years. She attended Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and worked on the East Coast and in Europe before moving to California. After working in collaborative partnerships for over ten years, she established Andrea Cochran Landscape Architecture in 1998. The firm’s diverse portfolio of work is internationally recognized and has been featured in the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and a wide range of design publications. In 2007, Ms. Cochran was inducted as a Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects. She was named a finalist for the Smithsonian’s Cooper-Hewitt National Design Awards in Landscape Architecture in 2006, 2009, and 2010.
