I am originally from Brazil and there I have started my Degree in Graphic Design.
Like most people when they start university I wasn’t really sure if Graphic Design was the right thing for me. So after a year of studies I decided to take some time away to travel and find out what was right for me, my dream had always been to work with something I am passionate about.

I spent over a year traveling around europe and saw myself absolutely in love with design.
I simply couldn’t get enough of it!
Around my travels I have lived in Czech Republic, Scotland, France and Germany and have been as a tourist to many other places. While at it I had to learn a great deal about communication and how to get along with people from a completely different culture than mine, and that was when I felt most strongly that Graphic Design was the right thing for me. Visual Communication was essential and I had never been able to grasp the full importance of it until I was in a place where I was depending on it.

I had to return to my homeland Brazil to finish university. When I returned I decided to go abroad again, but this time to study and I enrolled myself in a program similar to Erasmus that took me to Lisbon, Portugal in 2009.
In Portugal I fell in love with photography and their illustrations and found my portuguese side. I had never realized how much of Brazil comes from Portugal, it was so much more than I ever expected. To top that when the program was getting to an end and they realized my potential I was invited to finish my studies there. My Degree was granted to me by IADE Creative University - Lisboa in July 2011.

I am truly passionate about what I do. I come from a country that is a melting pot of cultures and I believe that my globalized view of the world and knowledge of many cultures and languages add to the effectives and uniqueness of my work. Read Less
