As a visual communication design and magazine journalism student at Kent State University, I'm working toward earning a BFA with concentrations in 2D and 3D design and a BS in magazine journalism. I aim to create purposeful design that will make an impact. Design is a problem to be solved and I enjoy discovering new ways to arrive at an effective solution. It's important to me that what I create is genuine, so with my love for learning new things, I thoroughly research the subjects of my projects.
With magazine journalism as a second major, I believe everyone has a story to tell and I enjoy having the opportunity to play a part in telling it. Journalism and design work well together because for both, the end goal is communication.
I also love sunny days spent in nature, travels to new places, classic books, folky/bluesy music and good company. Read Less
