Soho House & Co.

Project Manager & Senior Interior Designer

-Managed the design team and led design for Soho House Nashville, the company’s largest member club and hotel in North America at 153,000 sf (110,000 sf of public space with 9 venues including a 60-seat cinema, pool, gym, 7 bars and restaurants with 860 covers, as well as a 49-key hotel and a penthouse suite).

–Saved the company $5 million by selecting what materials to specify, furniture to procure, and in some cases bespoke furniture to develop, as well as negotiating pricing agreements with both industry leaders and local workshops, thus ensuring the project was designed below the $36 million budget.

–Sourced, hired and coached a team of designers with weekly meetings to set goals, manage time and meet project deliverables. Motivated the team by empowering them with responsibilities and independence to research, source and develop the project.

-Carried out design development for a new build 500-key Hilton hotel in Columbus, OH by producing schematic design presentations, drafting floor plans, and originating concepts for both FF&E and millwork pieces.

–Sourced, procured and managed a $120,000 staging budget for two Raphael Viñoly designed NoMad, NYC residential model units that sold for a combined $8 million.

–Took seven projects from concept to documentation: a 26-key boutique hotel in Charleston, SC, two NYC office renovations overseen through completion, two NYC luxury condominiums ranging between 5 - 42 units, and two 20-unit NYC apartment buildings including several affordable housing units.

–Managed value engineering processes by working with vendors and GCs to obtain best pricing while preserving quality. Oversaw construction administration on site as well as reviewed shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
