Experienced senior architect with approximately 35 years of design/construction experience, provide effective project management and technical development for new development projects and major or limited renovations of existing properties. Additional experience in inspections of property for acquisitions/conversions for wide range of building types and occupancies. Experience provides an unique blend of operational, development, design, construction services for a variety of facilities. Experience includes hotel, resort, casino, conference center projects, commercial, mixed use, banking, residential high-rise, podium type, garage wrap wood, concrete and steel superstructure framed projects. I have a significant amount of large project and high-rise building types.
