I’m a freelance Creative Director specializing in brand identity and communication. I work for design agencies and private clients in the UK and Scandinavia helping them deliver through Strategy, Design and Art Direction.

I began my career working with Elmwood. In ’96 I moved to Oslo to join Scandinavian Design Group part of the McCann Worldgroup. As Creative Director I worked equally with the strategic and creative teams on some of the biggest brands in the Nordic region. In 2001 I co-founded www.mission.no with Bard Annweiler as part of the Leo Burnett Group with a primary focus on brand identity. I relocated to England in 2006. I established Aim Design Agency to work more closely with clients and develop ideas together.

I’ve received over 35 design awards to date including: DBA Design Effectiveness, Design Week (UK), New York Festivals, Clio (US) and Gullblyanten, I’ve also won 8 Visuelt Golds, 9 NDC awards for design excellence and 3 Design Effect Awards. In addition my work has been featured in several international design publications and books.
