Arthur Germer is a graphic designer originally from Brooklyn New York and is now based in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. He currently works as a Junior Designer at Gatesman + Dave.

He specializes in branding, print, web design, and digital signage design. He has experience with clients and other designers to bring creative ideas to life. His experience includes working with clients such as Education Management Corporation, La-z-boy Furniture, the Pittsburgh Downtown Community Development Corp, Houlihans Restaurants, and The Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

When it comes to design, Arthur goes for a simple yet sophisticated approach. He believes that you only have a few short seconds to get across a message, so this message must be easy to follow and understand as well as having a strong concept to keep people thinking about it.

One of Arthur’s favorite quotes is by Richard Dumb and it is as follows “don’t follow your dreams, chase them,” and that is exactly what he did and what he continues to do everyday as a graphic designer.
