Toormix is a creative studio specialising in art direction and graphic design, set up in 2000 in Barcelona by Ferran Mitjans and Oriol Armengou. We work in collaboration with businesses and institutions with the aim of raising the value of their brands through more effective design and communication.

Our work process incorporates a strategic vision from the word go, and attaches a great deal of importance to investigating languages and new codes and also experimentation with concepts. In this way we achieve a result that is more innovative and at the same time coherent. At toormix we also have a network of specialist collaborators who provide on-the-spot support for projects that require it.

At toormix we work with ideas. We believe that form for form’s sake is meaningless, which is why we place a lot of emphasis on the concept. For toormix a creative concept is the skeleton around which we can build a coherent and declinable discourse, and is therefore the most logical route to achieve the objectives set. We call this Realistic Creativity™.

We work on projects in the disciplines of art direction, branding, communication, publication design, packaging, naming and web design, among others.
