Hello! Ciao!

First of all, thank you very much for the visit. Let me introduce myself.

My name is Giulio Speranza, from Rome. I’m a geologist indeed, but i was keen on photography since my father give me a compact camera in 1989. During the last five years I’ve spent more and more of my time taking photographs, trying to become a photographer at all.

Now I’m the chairman of the photographic association Grigio 18% and I’m involved in various projects, using most often analogical cameras, from medium to large format, as well as instant photography. This pages would be not only a showcase of my works, but also a way to start debate on various themes.

Here you can find some of my projects still in progress.

From this point of view I’ll be very happy and grateful to anyone who leave comment or criticize my photographs. There’s always much to learn.
