Stephen only started developing his unique and detailed illustration style during 2007 after finishing his degree and is mainly self taught. “I try to implement as much detail and make the illustration as fun and interesting as possible,” he says. “It’s character driven, and often involves large, isometric detailed landscapes and scenery.”

Over the last year Stephen has been working as a freelance Illustrator/Graphic Designer working with clients such as Tiger Beer, IdN, Boxbird Gallery and Mercy Magazine, etc.

He is also one of the founding members of design portal ‘ Thunder Chunky’ - http://www.thunderchunky.co.uk - specialising in showcasing new and innovate work by a variety of international artists, covers news from the design world. They also work collectively on small projects in the NorthWest.

Other than Thunder Chunky, Stephen is also a Tiger AKA (Asian Kinetic Artist) apart of the Tiger Translate project, and a Artist at Blood Sweat Vectors, a vector artist collective with the likes of 123 Klan, J3 Concepts and Niark1.

His works have been exhibited nationally and internationally, in Manchester, Brighton, London, Boston, Tokyo and shortlisted in a competition in Guatemala.
