Mechanical Intern
Mechanical Design Intern
Develop and improve technical documents and drawings for production. Fill technical gaps as needed between procurement and fabrication departments. Simplify assembly operations, reduce material costs, product improvement, new product development, and support other operational aspects as needed.
Shop Manager
Managed a machined shop and engineering studio's tooling and resource requirements. This encompassed monitoring consumables, fixing equipment, and planning strategic tool purchases.
President
Responsible for the day to day operations and implementation of four student competition teams and an outreach program. Balanced both high level, low level development, and technical needs among teams. Coordinated Student Competition Center move to a new $750,000 renovated facility.
RoboCup Mechanical Team Lead
Lead a design team and coordinate purchases with the team lead. Manage project goals and milestones with head project manager. Server as head project manager during their absences. Coordinate multi-team deadlines with others.
Public Relations Chair
Oversaw brand development, website overhaul, bringing in new sponsors, increasing our presence and image on campus. Handled bringing the regional FIRST Robotics Kickoff back to Georgia Tech as the largest regional kickoff event which attracts over 50 high school teams from the southeast United States.
RoboCup Mechanical Team Member
- Competed in the 2008 RoboCup World Championships hosted in Suzhou, China.
