My Goal
My career goals are very simple. To constantly learn, constantly adapt to our changing world (both in design and actuality), and to never get comfortable. I believe that bad design is directly related to comfort. In order to push myself and my ability as a designer I intend to always go head first into projects that ask more than what I may be comfortable with. Maybe it’s because I love a challenge, or maybe I’m just optimistic, but when I hear someone say, “I don’t know if we can pull it off, but....”, I know the next words are going to be the uncomfortable highlight of my week.
Why Me?
Bottom line, I’m not the type to sit around and wait for an assignment. I devote my time to perfecting my work within the deadlines, and if I’m not getting enough work to keep me busy I’ll find out what needs to get done and start. I’m not against reworking projects to get an extra shine. I’m not against creating mock ups to show ideas that may never be used. Bottom line, I’m the type who loves to get things done.
