At the age of ten my mother noticed me walking around the house drawing whatever I could see. Taking notice of this, she took me to the Metropolitan School of the Arts. I'll never forget walking in and being absolutely captivated by all the art on the walls. With the encouragement of my mother, I took classes there for the next seven years until the age of 17.
Following high school I went to the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale where I obtained my Bachelor of Science in graphic design. I landed my first job as a designer at Ocean Drive Magazine, Miami FL, where I was hired on the spot during my interview. After my tenure at Ocean Drive I had the good fortune to experience a broad spectrum of positions within the field which has been invaluable in my continued growth, not only as a designer, but as a creative individual.
Although I love design and the digital world, I still enjoy working on my fine art which I have sold to various restaurants, hotels and clients for their homes. Read Less
