My interest in the arts developed from a very early age. I drew
freehand comfortably in elementary school and each year my skills
improved. I started with just pencil, progressed to pen and then on to
painting with acrylics. My work includes photography, life drawing
and 2 design. I currently attend Broward College where I major in
Graphic Design. I have also taken Life drawing classes at Museum of
Art in Fort Lauderdale.
I took my arts skills to the computer where I have learned several
programs and methods of producing work. Illustrator, Photoshop,
InDesign, Quark Express and Dreamweaver are among the programs I have
mastered. I am good at layout and typography and have made flyers and
business cards for personal and business use.
Photography is another interest of mine. After taking a class I now
apply the skills I’ve learned to do freelance work regularly. I have
done several successful photo shoots and events and have learned to
work with customers in an efficient manner.
I would like an opportunity to work at your company, where I could
combine my skills in drawing, graphics and photography to produce
creative work.
