My role as assistant Manager involves multiple jobs including maintaining and running the store, helping customers, dealing with deliveries and stock and producing advertising and signage when needed. My role keeps me in close contact with our customers to make sure the get all the issues the want and are kept up to date with all current news relating to the comic world. I work closely with the stores owner to assure he is happy with everything that is happening in and with the store as well as keeping up to date with sales, events and news. I am normally in early to make sure the store is ready for the day ahead and will work extra hours to maintain the stores high standards. My attendance record is excellent and i have an extremely strong relationship with the stores owners and affiliates.

I am running and maintaining the stores Photo Lab while also interacting with customers and colleagues in other departments around the store. From time to time I will liaise with engineers and other external departments. I provide show material, signage, and other media within the store at short notice. I have a good knowledge of photo editing and photo manipulation services etc. which are important to enable the customer to be fully satisfied with the service that we provide. Of course our customers expect and get excellent customer service. I am reliable and trustworthy with an excellent attendance record.
