After 10 years in customer service positions (ranging from train conductor to pub/restaurant manager to software technical support) I decided to try my hand at something I REALLY wanted to do - design. I really enjoy coming up with concepts & ideas and graphic design. I was doing this as a hobby on and off for a few years before I finally decided to see if i could do it for a job.
After qualifying as an interactive designer with top grades I am now working as a multimedia/web/graphic/interface specialist/UX specialist/researcher/analyst at Cashflow Manager, Accountancy software producer. Read Less
