During the early days of 1989, a baby boy was brought into the world through Bad Kreuznach; a medium-sized river town in southwestern Germany. The nurse in the hospital who helped my mother deliver me would "predict" the "future careers" of all the newborns born there. She dubbed me to be a future "movie star". Now throughout my experience, I thought that nurse was wrong until I acknowledged that movie-stars aren't only the actors that are portrayed in the light. They also consist of the directors, DPs, editors, and camera operators that work behind those lights. I specialize in cinematography, photography, and editing with the exquisite eye of the beholder. My name is Reid Ogden and I'm an extreme sports fanatic. I was raised in Daytona Beach, Florida and I began to enjoy skating, surfing, wake-boarding and other extreme sports at an early age. One day I picked up my parents video camera so I could record my friends around town performing the tricks we all learned and it quickly changed my life. I finally found my passion, that certain something that drove me to be better. During high school, I competed with local video editors with surf demos and made a name for myself around town. Fast forward to today and I am fascinated by the workings of the world of multi­media. I have some weaknesses, as we all do, my largest being that not knowing when to take a break from a project if I am stuck at a certain point in the creative stage of a production. I strive for perfection but I have found a way to overcome my weakness with my ability to add interesting and moving techniques through film and editing. In the end, I am proud of the work I do and because of that pride; I concentrate on producing the highest quality content I can every time I work on a project. Producing creative content is incredibly important to me and matches that with my passion for sports. I believe that unique combination will make me a strong addition to your team.

I'm a graduate from Full Sail University who holds two degrees in the multimedia design field. My hard work taught me that college is only the beginning of the lifelong learning process and I am constantly working on my own projects to further my knowledge because I strive for personal perfection.
