I oversee procurement and negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers, production of drawing packages for tender and construction issues, manage budgets, consultants, sub-contractors, risks, design reviews, progress and the use of technology in interior architecture design, including visualisations.

Furniture Craft International (FCI) is one of London’s largest furniture showrooms, renowned for their iconic designer furniture. As a 3D Interior Designer and Sales Professional, I provided customers with complete end-to-end support through the creation of their interior aesthetics through sale and project management.

I engaged customers at store entry to the specialise, luxury modern furniture offerings, and ultimately, for the interior design solution, worked with UK and International clients, trusted to guide clients based on their vision and design preferences to create a luxury, high-end ‘look and feel’.

I created immersive interior design proposals, including 3D visualisations that helped win new sales – and propel my contribution as a Top Sales Person who generated the most sales and secured the most projects within one-year!

I managed clients through the project lifecycle, from sale to onboarding, selection of furniture, finishings and aesthetics, and coordination of project logistics. I also produced detailed construction drawings for manufacturers on modular and bespoke furniture builds that are bespoke to client spaces. I created high-aesthetic and functional designs that met every client needs.

I partnered with Senior Interior Designers to support the turn-around of a failing, underperforming design department by providing cohesive support. I supported overwhelmed designers through residential and commercial development projects that ensured schedule and budget was achieved. I assisted through conceptual development, site analysis, dilapidation assessments choosing finishes and producing construction drawings and 3D visual.
