How big can an idea get? A constant thought for an integrated art director. To know how to create ideas that can live through all different medias in sync is a very difficult task. A huge daily challenge, but who said I don't like challenges?
Creating, executing, selling, generating results and guiding talent is what a good leader needs to know. But the big difference between a good and great professional is "passion".

The work, the work, the work. The day-by-day seeking of creative ideas for results.
The passage through Impact BBDO/Proximity can be considered as my practical graduation into the advertising world.
The chance to have a worldwide reputation was essential to solidify the union between art direction and the market know-how. "Once you understand what the client wants and what's better for their products, creatively, the results will come."
Fact. The recognition of my work came from diverse fronts and forms, from winning very important accounts like Perfetti Van Melle (ATL, BTL, Digital) and Emirates Recruitment, to earning the complete trust of all lines of management in the Impact BBDO/Proximity group.

From Brasília to Dubai. A big challenge. A greater responsibility.
The first international experience always brings the excitement of uncertainty. But with the vision and hunger to win new challenges, the adaptation to a new professional environment was secure, and success just a question of time.
During my time in the WWP group, the most important point was to meet expectations as well as bring a differential factor to the Middle East market. And my professional appetite to make things happen have become a recognized quality within the group.
With focus on the digital market being the greatest challenge, I had to pass from being an apprentice to a coordinator. The senior position in Wunderman's digital division, Tattoo360, came with the extra responsibility of managing a digital team that grew 283% in just one year.

As a junior in an agency with esteemed international recognition, potential was a vital feature with "learning" being the key word. And working in AgênciaClick (part of Isobar) at the time of the "digital explosion" was essential for my personal creative development, in particular my interactive vision.
Working with a high profile, integrated creative team, I knew my creative development was in good hands and that I'd have the solid foundations necessary to see me through.
The challenge and desire for good work combined and paid off in the form of a series of awards, where I was involved in the creation, art direction and/or animation of many campaigns during this period.
