Up and coming London based Animator, Director and Illustrator. I'm a storytelling Artist whose working style is surreal, strange, dark yet fun with a twist. My influences range from Tim Burton through Japanese Manga to Disney. From traditional hand drawn animation I have developed an interest in other mediums such as stop-motion. My surreal imagination inspires me to dream up exciting and original stories and characters which I then transform into short films using hand drawn animation.
The most significant commissions I have worked on were two projects for the National Trust, one of which was purely sound based. I have also previously done a two week work placement at the Uli Meyer Studios in 2009 under Alex Watkins.
I'm specialised in hand drawn animation, know the basics of After-Effects and I have a lot of experience with Photoshop. I’ve created a personal Blog which I update regularly to showcase my work and I have a portfolio of sketchbooks which reflect my progress and experimentation with different styles.
I have good interpersonal and organisational skills: a good team player with good communication skills and good time keeping skills. In general I love animation in all forms and want to do everything and anything. I am eager, very hard working and enthusiastic to learn more and to gain new skills. Read Less
