I have experience from a wide range of creative fields.
Don't hold your breath:
I started out with a BA in Product Design at Leeds Met, and then I went on to work with packaging design in London. I got to try out as a Studio Manager for an up-and-coming agency, which has grown to be a very successfull one. Additionally, I had work experience as a product designer in 2 other London based firms.
As I started to seriously miss brown cheese and cold weather, I bounced back to Oslo. I fell in love with this cute, little packaging agency called Nutcase. I think it was the name that hooked me. It was founded one year earlier by two industrial designers. We worked hard for a while and had great clients such as Jordan and Toro, but eventually the founders threw in the towel. I decided I wanted to get into advertising, which had long been a dream lurking in the back of the head, so I went for it and here I am, an Art Director, or a Creative, as I prefer to be named. And a real happy one.
Oh, and I forgot to mention that I studied art, and world history in my home town, Bergen, before I went to see the great abroad. And I must say, although my bank account is continuosly complaining about the enourmous student loan installments, I do feel that my wide ranged background gives me a little bit of a unique angle in my creative work.
