Nicole nosedived into the digital world 16 years ago when she joined Adroit Innovations with a product design education. What made her then-employer hire her was because of her strong conceptual thinking despite having zero digital background. Drawn by the beauty of digital, she stayed for 6 years and helped grow Adroit into one of the largest web and E-commerce enablers in Singapore.

Even before social media actually became a buzzword, Nicole was already creating campaigns that tapped on the social behaviour of people in the digital space. At Wunderman, she was the brains behind the hugely successful launch campaign for Microsoft XBOX Halo 2, where she created a remote social platform to generate engagement. What resulted was a whopping increase of more than 1738% in signups, which exceeded the initial projected KPI of 300% by leaps and bounds.

When Nicole moved to DraftFCB, she continued to stun the digital world with the creation of “the first ever webcam-enabled banners in Asia and perhaps the world” with the “highest click rate performance ever across all of Southeast Asia Yahoo!’s homepages.”

During her illustrious career, Nicole has since created and driven portals and campaigns for major government bodies, namely Ministry of Manpower, Urban Redevelopment Authority, Health Promotion Board, Singapore Tourism Board, National Library Board and Economic Development Board. She also enjoyed breaking boundaries for clients like Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Pernod Ricard, Tiger Beer, Guinness, Diageo, Microsoft Halo, ESPN, Kimberly Clark and the Republic Navy of Singapore.

On the accolades front, Nicole picked up numerous awards from renowned shows such as the Adfest, the Creative Circle Awards and the Asia Interactive Awards. In 2008, she scooped a Gold EFFIE for Sony Ericsson’s Shake Control campaign at the EFFIE Awards, the most prestigious award show that recognises marketing effectiveness. Read Less
