Manages brand for Adecco Group North America, a family of recruitment companies and workforce solutions organizations. This organization is part of the global Adecco family of companies — a Fortune Global 500 organization employing over 31,000 staff and operating in more than 60 countries worldwide.

Develops, implements and executes marketing initiatives and activities for the Adecco Group NA brand (digital, video, social media, print, etc.). Produces large-scale and niche corporate events for a range of audiences in a variety of locations from conception to completion.

Works directly with C-Suite and all corporate executive functions. Builds collaborative relationships with key internal and external partners. Identifies and streamlines communications interdepartmentally.

Oversees international, national and regional branding and advertising campaigns. Directs all creative projects from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into creative strategies. Guides necessary staff and external resources in the production of all corporate collateral materials. Additional responsibilities include directing art gallery, cultural outreach, interior design and fine art acquisition.

Created and maintained all corporate collateral materials, including national and regional advertising. Coordinated branding, logo creation, digital library planning, pre-press, graphic production and layout design. Coordinated directly with external vendors, such as printers, freelancers and framers.
