My Name is Sven Waschk and I am a freelance illustrator and graphic designer based in Hamburg, Germany. Since I began to study graphic design in 2001, I am fascinated by character design and illustration. Since 2003 I am a permanent member of "coarse" and I have learned a lot about character design and the production of vinyl toys.
In 2007 I graduated with "4", a comic book illustrating 4 stories on 135 pages, which was also shown in the exhibition "Wilhelm Buschs Erben" in Hannover, Germany. In the same year I founded the apparel label and design studio "dauerfeuer" together with a close freind of mine. From 2007 until 2010 I was also working as an graphic designer and illustrator for the advertising agencies Projekt Kochstrasse (Hannover) and Boil and Brew (Hong Kong). Since early 2011 I go my own way, still in love with designing vinyl toys characters and creating illustrations.
