Jason Chalker

Manly Art

West Orange, NJ, USA
I am seeking full-time, contract or freelance opportunities in the Greater New York City area at this time.

I am a multi-disciplined illustrator, animator and designer. I have done illustration work for a variety of clients such as Topps and Upper Deck on brands like Mars Attacks, Star Wars, and Marvel. I was an animator on the Warner Independent film "A Scanner Darkly". Most recently I was an animator/illustrator for the Snapchat version of MTV's Girl Code and the pilot episode of Gay Code.

I am also a regular contributor to pop culture art shows around the country including the reputable Gallery 1988 in LA. My illustration work was accepted into Spectrum 18, and I have had two ‘alternative’ poster designs featured in the book “Alternative Movie Posters: Film Art from the Underground”. My art has also been featured on Adult Swim’s Facebook page.

My resin toys and customs have been featured on many toy blogs. My notorious Pimp2-D2 action figure line has managed to find its way into the collection at Rancho Obi-Wan and each figure in the line has quickly sold out at either San Diego Comic-Con or New York Comic-Con.
