Maja Feldman is a media and public relations specialist and has worked as a Program Manager for Partners for Development since 2009. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the Philip Merrill School of Journalism at the University of Maryland. She was the recipient of a Hearst National Journalism award. Maja has won a number of awards for her photography, most notably a scholarship as a Maryland Distinguished Scholar in the Arts. Prior to embarking on a career in Development, Maja worked for a number of news outlets, including National Public Radio’s “Morning Edition”, local FOX News affiliate in Baltimore, MD and WMAL NewsTalk radio. Maja obtained a Master’s in Public Policy and International Development from the University of Maryland. She also completed a post-baccalaureate certificate in Pre-Medicine Science. She has traveled extensively throughout Africa and Southeast Asia and continues to merge her expertise in media, communications and development. Read Less
