It has been almost four years where I have learned a LOT from a big bunch of VERY talented people. I've served in Three Melons as concept artist, and making on 2D flash graphics, pre-rendered 3D, and real-time 3D web games. I worked as Lead Artist on several projects and I took my first steps as game designer and scrum master.
