David has been living and breathing integrated marketing communications since 1986.

It all started in a 10,000-watt radio station…really! Graduating from Ryerson’s Radio and Television Arts program, David made the rounds in small town radio as a copywriter and producer, ending up in the big town of Montreal for a dream-come-true stint at fabled CHOM-FM. Next stop was as a sound engineer at Sound Ideas recording studio. Then one day the founder of Mariposa Group came into the studio and life took a turn into the world of marketing communication and events. David never looked back, spending the next 15 years growing with Mariposa, eventually becoming its VP Creative Director. David stayed on in the same role when Mariposa became part of the publicly-traded Mosiac Group.

David founded Let’s Hear It in 2001 and managed both the company and its creative output for an impressive list of blue chip clients until 2009 when the company became part of a joint venture with three other like-minded marketing services agencies under the name Montage Unlimited Inc.

Today David offers his unique perspectives and ideas through his company LHI CREATIVE. The sign on his office door reads, “Home of the Big Idea”. It serves as inspiration to continually discover innovative ideas that deliver powerful results.
