Frenchman Kevin Couliau has a unique vision as a videographer/photographer. He not only takes shots with his camera, he also shoots an actual basketball in leagues from Paris to Harlem to Romania. His photos and written articles have graced the pages of Reverse Magazine (France), Bounce Magazine (US) and Fadeaway Magazine (UK) as well as webpages on www.basketsession.com, www.freshoops.com, and his own site www.asphalt-chronicles.com. He is the official photographer for the legendary dunk performance group Slam Nation featuring Kadour Ziani. Behind the videocamera, he has contributed to the Australian documentary The Mystery of Flying Kicks (www.flying-kicks.com/film.php), the 3D short film From The Hoop (www.fromthehoop.com), and most recently directed a music video based on streetball titled “Heart & Soul Of New York City” by artist Red Café, produced by German brand K1X. He has also done interviews for the Quai 54 DVD series and put together pieces for Lil’ Tyler sneaker magazine. In his sparetime, he enjoy skateboarding!
