• Directed eight major photo shoots for the cookbook, working directly with the Founder/CEO, photographer, and head kitchen staff to prep and style over 200 dishes.
• Successfully opened a new restaurant in Ridgeland, Miss., with elevated, cohesive branding across print ads, menus, Grand Opening event materials, billboards, and airport signage.
• Designed and managed production and delivery of event materials for upscale fundraisers, dinners, restaurant openings, and sales/investor presentations for new restaurant concepts.
