The Factory Interactive, Inc. (http://www.thefactoryi.com) is in need of
excellent Web Developers to assist in the design, development,
deployment and support of new and existing online applications and web
projects. The Factory Interactive develops elegant and successful online
projects for the international community with a focus on well-established
businesses in the social networking, travel and telecommunications sectors.

The successful candidate will possess experience developing all aspects of
an online application. Candidates must be well versed in the implementation
of a provided design direction in addition to the development of back office
and content management systems.

Requirements:

Ability to take a project from Photoshop to a Web Browser
Advanced HTML/XHTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and use of proper Testing Procedures
Ability to work and produce with minimal supervision
Experience with Flash MX integration (a plus)
Familiarity with AJAX frameworks and their application (a plus)
Experience with Ruby on Rails (a plus)
Experience with PHP, ColdFusion, ASP .Net, etc. (a plus)
Advanced MS SQL or MySQL and T-SQL Query authoring (a plus)

Terms:

Freelance and Part-Time and personnel will be compensated on hourly basis.
Full-Time, in-house positions available for the right candidate.
Compensation is commensurate with demonstrable experience.

Location:

The Factory Interactive, Inc. is located in sunny Miami, FL, but
telecommuting is an option for the right, qualified individuals. On site
availability will be given preference, however.
